To make an appointment: Login at the left using your West Chester University credentials. You can use this webpage to make individual tutoring appointments, cancel appointments*, and to access your tutor's contact information and Zoom links. If you would like to make a weekly, recurring session, please ask your tutor or email the LARC@wcupa.edu.

*LARC CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be canceled prior to 3-hours before your session to not be considered a no-show (three no-shows will lock your account and cancel future sessions in that subject**). **You'll be notified that the LARC staff dropped your subject and your account is locked, you can reply there to have your account unlocked. ***Multiple same-day cancellations (4) will cancel your schedule.
